In the new documents, the 37-year-old actress is claiming that she has been ‘severely emotionally abused’ by her ex-partner.The custody battle has been going on since July last year. Following Thomas’ filing for custody and visitation rights, Willis alleged that this cannot be allowed, citing that his behaviour was consistent with “insane emotional abuse.”She also alleges, as per the documents, that such incidents would often happen when they were in the presence of their child. She also added that they would happen “over six hours at a time on what became a daily basis”, and had been going on even before their daughter was born. However, his behaviour became worse after Louetta’s birth.

She also cited in the documents that she was actively targeted by Thomas, and that he would often try to isolate her from everyone. A statement from the court documents added, “I was constantly trying to keep the peace and walk on eggshells,” she claimed in the filing. “He wanted to isolate me from my friends and family. He constantly called me a liar with no reason behind it. He told me I was a bad girlfriend all the time.”She further added in the statement that, “For a long time, it was difficult for me to stand up to [Thomas] as I tried to avoid his emotional tirades and abuse even for a long time after he moved out.”Revealing why she does not want Thomas to be granted visitation rights, the court documents alleged that his behaviour had left their daughter traumatised, and that she did not want Louetta to stay with him overnight, as per his filed requests.Willis has also called for an Evidence Code Section 730 child custody evaluation before any proper decision is made on the matter.For the unversed, Bruce Willis and Demi Moore’s daughter, Rumer, and musician Derek Richard Thomas were together for quite some time.
