WWE aired the go-home edition of Friday Night SmackDown for the Elimination Chamber PLE from the KFC Yum Center in Louisville, Kentucky. The night saw a new competitor earning a spot in the Elimination Chamber following unfortunate events, exciting matches, and two blockbuster title showdowns that were spectacular to witness.The show began with Jey Uso being found attacked backstage and surrounded by multiple officials. Drew McIntyre came down to the ring to mock him, which led to all the Men’s Elimination Chamber match participants joining in. A brawl broke out between them all until Randy Orton was left standing tall in the middle of the squared circle.
Solo Sikoa vs. Uncle Howdy
The leaders of The Wyatt Sicks and MFTs, Uncle Howdy and Solo Sikoa, squared off in a singles showdown after months of feuding. It was a fierce fight for both superstars, but Howdy managed to put Sikoa down with a Sister Abigail. As he retrieved his lantern, the MFTs attacked him and took it back.
Tiffany Stratton vs. Kairi Sane
Tiffany Stratton and Kairi Sane, who Asuka replaced in her place, clashed in a singles match, with Chelsea Green and Alba Fyre joining commentary. Towards the end, Sane attempted to dive on Stratton outside the ring, but she moved out, and she fell on Green. Stratton finished her off with the Prettiest Moonsault Ever to win the match.
Oba Femi vs. The Miz
The Miz tried to join forces with Oba Femi, but he refused. He made quick work of The Awesome One by delivering a Fall from Grace slam and pinning him for the three count.
Carmelo Hayes vs. Matt Cardona
This was a US Title Open Challenge by Carmelo Hayes, answered by Matt Cardona. Both superstars produced one of the most stellar bouts of the night that garnered loud cheers. However, Hayes once again survived by hitting the First 48 on Cardona and pinning him to retain his title.
Jordynne Grace vs. Candice LeRae
Candice LeRae, accompanied by her husband, Johnny Gargano, squared off against Jordynne Grace. The singles match between them saw a dejected Gargano leave her wife’s side, allowing Grace to deliver a huge slam to pick up the win.
Rhea Ripley & IYO Sky vs. Nia Jax & Lash Legend
Rhea Ripley and IYO Sky defended their WWE Women’s Tag Team titles against Nia Jax and Lash Legend. It was an evenly matched contest as both sides tore each other apart in an explosive bout. However, as the dust settled, it was a thunderous Lash Extension by Legend on Ripley to become the new champions.
Jacob Fatu vs. Logan Paul
This was the main event of the night. Jacob Fatu and Logan Paul squared off in a high stakes showdown to replace Jey Uso in the Men’s Elimination Chamber match. The Vision tried to run interference and even the masked man appeared, but it was revealed to be a stranger.
