Panaji: The North Goa principal district and sessions court ordered the framing of charges against David Driham alias Dudu under the NDPS Act in a case registered by the NCB in June 2025.Dudu was arrested by the narcotics control bureau (NCB) for alleged illegal possession of drugs in varying quantities. The court scheduled a hearing on April 1 to explain the charges.The NCB received information that Dudu would arrive on a black scooter at around 11.30pm on June 3 last year.The NCB then set up a raiding team, which found Dudu with cocaine weighing 11.2g, which is a variable quantity for framing of charges.
